Abstract

The article examines the problems of forming the personnel support of agriculture during the transition to market relations; analyzes the time periods that characterize the transformation of the rural social and labor sphere; identifi es trends in economic, social, infrastructure and technological downturns and presents a vision of measures to accumulate potential to overcome crisis phenomena and stabilize the situation.
