Abstract
During 12 months in 2015, 1796 patients were observed in pulmonology department of National centre of cardiology and internal medicine. Distribution of patients by referral's from local doctors: bronchial asthma -557, 998 with COPD, bronchiectasis- 56, 185 -pneumonia. 176 participants were examined by CT, bronchiectasis were verified in 59 cases first time, 38 patients of them were directed with COPD. To all 115patients with bronchiectasis (34 men, 81 women), average age = 48.5 ± 1.1, were determined frequency of exacerbations per year, using of antibacterial drugs, accordingly to diagnostical tests.
