Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation, the current state, structure and organization of rural tourism as a new and perspective type of tourism in one of the special regions of Ukraine – Kyiv region. The main tendencies of the dynamics of rural tourism and structural features of the past twenty years have been revealed. Significant attention is paid to considering the methods and forms of rural tourist farmstead organizing and improving the quality of tourist services. Solving current problems will contribute to raising the level of development and improvement of the territorial organizing of rural tourism in the Kyiv region.

Теоретико-методологічні дослідження окремих аспектів формування та функціонування сільського туризму висвітленні у наукових працях М. Українські вчені більше уваги приділяють прикладним дослідженням сільського туризму України, або окремих її регіонів. Яркового обґрунтовані пріоритети та перспективи розвитку сільського туризму в Україні. Актуальні проблеми розвитку і структури сільського туризму Карпатського регіону розробляли П. Що стосується Київського регіону, то українські вчені не приділяли уваги дослідженню сільського туризму, що певним чином негативно вплинуло на рівень його розвитку. Через наявність низки актуальних проблем та їх невирішеність гальмуються темпи подальшого розвитку сільського туризму в Київській області. Ці проблеми розглядаються нами у даній статті
