PROBLEMS AND MECHANISMS OF FORMING THE VALUES OF CIVIL 
 CONSCIOUSNESS AND PATRIOTISM IN YOUTH IN THE KHABAROVSK REGION

Abstract

The mechanism of state policy for the formation of values of citizenship and patriotism among young people in the Khabarovsk Territory is presented: goals, objectives, subjects, and means of implementation. It has been established that in the Khabarovsk Territory the number of patriotic associations, the number of participants in patriotic associations, and the number of events aimed at the patriotic education of youth are increasing. Problems have been identified, the solution of which will improve the effectiveness of patriotic education of youth in the Khabarovsk Territory.
