Bfesant] has done what I have stated even once, and if so, direct him without delay to proceed to the [NorthWest] Provinces and report himself to Lieut. Col. Parsons. I write this at [the governor-general] Lord Auckland's request, fully concurring in the necessity of suppressing such exhibitions. If Capt.
