Abstract

The article determines that today the education system and the knowledge of young people should be evaluated not according to the principle of direct productivity, which creates the illusion of false well-being, but taking into account the new, unprecedentedly harsh requirements for survival. The principles in the education system should be based on the need to free the teacher from strict regulations in the choice of forms, methods, means of teaching and creative activity. Reforming education involves its orientation towards personal orientation, considering the process of education as a development of the individual, which should be considered as a means of its social stability. It was found that the main task is not reforms as such, but the implementation of a whole complex of transformations that provide conditions for the development of a knowledgeable, comprehensively developed, independent thinking personality, capable of preserving the traditions of the nation. Therefore, the management of the teaching staff is an integrating direction of the management activity of the educational institution as a whole. The interaction of participants in the pedagogical process consists of a chain of consecutive, interconnected functions of pedagogical analysis, organization, regulation, and correction. It has been proven that in this context, managerial control, which is a component of the educational process and significantly affects its effectiveness, is called to play a big role. The essence of comprehensive management of student training consists in the unity of solving the tasks of improving the educational and educational, educational and cognitive process, scientific research work and student self-government. The influence of these factors depends on interpersonal differences between teachers and on the specific situation in which the pedagogical process takes place. It is substantiated that management principles and control in the conditions of democratization of the educational process should not restrict the creative initiative of teachers and should be determined by scientifically proven criteria. The main idea of state-public management of education is to join efforts in solving educational problems, to give more rights and freedoms in choosing the content, forms and methods of organizing the educational process, as well as in choosing different modern types of educational institutions.
