Abstract
The author analyzes the principles and regularities of forming an organizational culture of future primary school teachers. The urgency of the raised problem is substantiated, that is first of all caused by the necessity of realization of the system, complex, interdisciplinary scientific and pedagogical researches based on the integration of achievements in the field of education and science in Ukraine and abroad. Scientific publications on the researched problem are analyzed. The pedagogical principles and regularities recognized by the national scientific and pedagogical community are considered. Particular attention is paid to the coverage of pedagogical regularities and principles substantiated by the Academician S. Goncharenko. The essence of the principles and regularities of the development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers is outlined. The conclusion is substantiated that the principles specify the natural links of development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers at the levels of pedagogical interaction subjects, educational process, levels of management.It is emphasized that the set of principles and regularities, functions of development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers, corresponding forms and methods of its development make conceptual bases of development of the organizational culture of future teachers. Emphasis is placed on the importance of active, productive educational and cognitive activities of future teachers in the educational environment of higher education, which should be humanistically oriented and based on the principles of democracy, cooperation, partnership. The directions of further scientific research on the principles and regularities of development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers at three levels are substantiated: learning, teaching, content of education.
