Abstract
The paper analyzes the factors influencing the education activity risks of higher education institutions; in order to identify and assess the risks, it has been proposed to apply the requirements of the DSTU ISO 31010 standard. As a software product for building an electronic catalog MS Access has been used. The electronic catalog is based on a relational database with multi-table links. This approach allows you to quickly identify risks and choose organizational and technical measures to minimize their negative impact.Keywords: education activity, electronic catalog, risks, software product, DSTU ISO 31010 standard.

В роботі проаналізовано чинники, що впливають на ризики освітньої діяльності закладів вищої освіти, запропоновано для ідентифікації й оцінювання ризиків застосовувати вимоги стандарту. Принципи і підходи побудови електронного каталогу ризиків освітньої діяльності / Київський університет технологій та дизайну, Україна, м. Питаннями оцінювання якості освітніх складових закладів вищої освіти займався ряд вітчизняних та іноземних науковців, зокрема Азгальдов Г.Г. В своїх працях наводять методи оцінювання результативності функціонування системи управління якістю підприємством, надають залежності по визначенню їх групового та загального рейтингу, рекомендують проводити оцінювання СУЯ за допомогою комплексного аналізу процесів, проте нажаль на практиці дані підходи потребують удосконалення в частині їх адаптації до закладів вищої освіти.
