Abstract
This essay aims to examine topic related to artificial intelligence, explaining how it works and specially studying aspects of regulatory framework. The paper approaches the principle of explicability of AI decisions, performing an analysis on the braziilian parliamentary discussion and brazilian data protection act. The hermeneutic method was adopted as well as literature review.
