Abstract
Five cases of reticulum cell sarcoma of bone have been presented. Primary reticulum cell sarcoma of bone is accepted as a separate entity. The more favorable prognosis of reticulum cell sarcoma of bone as compared to Ewing's tumor justifies its identity on more than a mere academic basis. To make this often difficult differential diagnosis, the assistance of a pathologist with wide experience in diseases of bone is essential.
