Abstract
Primary leptomeningeal lymphoma (PLML) is extremely rare, accounting for only 7% of all primary central nervous system lymphomas. We present a case of PLML in a person living with HIV with controlled disease, presented with low cerebrospinal fluid sugar meningitis and leptomeningeal nodular enhancement, posing a diagnostic difficulty because the presentation resembled infectious diseases.
