Abstract

Abstract Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) of the spine is a common benign disease in children and adolescents that rarely affects adults. Main management of single lesion (unifocal) vertebral LCH is conservative method, unless there is neurological deficit due to mass effect, surgery must be considered. This is an interesting and rare case report of the patient with LCH at C5 vertebral body who underwent fusion surgery.
