Abstract

Under the premise of satisfying the charging demand of electric vehicle (EV) users, a pricing strategy and charging management based on Starkelberg game is proposed for PV assisted EV charging station (PVCS) and EV users. Considering the marginal cost of EV rechargeable battery degradation, a mathematical model is established to maximize the operation revenue and minimize the charging cost of EV users. The game model is analyzed by differential evolution (DE) algorithm and nonlinear programming method. The simulation results show that the Starkelberg game model can significantly improve the operating income of PVCS and reduce the charging cost of EV users. In addition, based on the pursuit of their respective interests for optimization, the game model can achieve the maximum of the PV local consumption.
