Abstract

“Bumper” fracture plays an important role in forensic-medical diagnosing of traffic injury. Forensic-medical examiners explain their conclusions about the car, which resulted the pedestrian’s injury, taking to consideration it’s properties. However, constructive peculiarities of the modern car considerably differ from the ones of previous decades cars. Such circumstance considerably influences on the properties of “bumper” fracture, which is resulted by a modern car. The morphology of the bumper fracture, resulted be a modern car, and its difference from the one of “classic” “bumper” fracture were researched. It was mentioned, that modern car does not cause “classic” “bumper” fracture and that is why there is no prospect in finding them out in such case. Except this, the diagnostic importance of “bumper” fracture, resulted by a modern car, was mentioned.

Introduction

Что касается биомеханики повреждений костей нижних конечностей от действия деталей современных автомобилей (и бампера в том числе) и, соответственно, морфологии этих переломов, то этот вопрос остался практически неисследованным. С целью восполнения вышеуказанного пробела в разработке проблемы судебно-медицинской экспертизы транспортной травмы, представилось необходимым изучить особенности морфологии переломов костей нижних конечностей на трупах пострадавших в ДТП (взрослых пешеходов, погибших при контакте с автомобилями современного типа), и проанализировать полученные результаты.
