Abstract

Stress is a major occupational problem for teachers worldwide. Consequently, prevention is also of paramount importance for teachers' quality of life. The research was carried out in the PUBMED database, and the descriptors used were: Occupational stress prevention teachers and Burnout prevention teachers. Stress was shown to be more prevalent than Burnout Syndrome. More frequently, there are more research that apply measures for its prevention. There are several therapies in the prevention of occupational stress in teachers, where most of them are efficient.
