Abstract
经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral rescetion of bladder tumor，TURBT)是治疗膀胱表浅肿瘤的首选，但对于膀胱侧壁的肿瘤，极易引起闭孔神经反射，可造成膀胱穿孔、大出血等严重并发症。本文就临床上各种防范术中闭孔神经反射的方法作一综述。
