Abstract
The results of treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with laparoscopic adhesion and intestinal sympathectomy based on the concept of congenital or acquired propensity to pathological adhesion due to individual vascular reactivity, which creates prolonged peritoneal ischemia and, as a result, chronic inflammatory response to peritoneal alteration are presented. The purpose of the study was to study the effectiveness of the use of laparoscopic adhesion in combination with the implementation of left ventricular sympathectomy for the prevention and treatment of pathological adhesion. For the analysis of the results, clinical methods of research were used, namely: terms of restoration of the peristalsis and stool, the severity of the pain syndrome, duration of hospitalization. The method has been tested in clinical conditions for 58 patients after experimental study. As a control, the results of the treatment of 10 patients with laparotomic access without carrying out intestinal sympathectomy are analyzed. The obtained results testify to the effectiveness of the proposed method of prevention and treatment of pathological adhesion by the laparoscopic method.
