Abstract
目的 探讨老年人肺切除术后急性肺水肿并发症的诊断、预防及护理.方法 回顾性分析我院14年中肺切除术后3例急性肺水肿的病因及临床特点,给予积极处理并密切观察病情变化.结果 2例经积极处置,顺利康复;1例多器官功能障碍死亡.结论 老年人肺切除术后急性肺水肿是严重并发症,及时诊断及处理是挽救患者生命的有效措施;积极预防是减少该并发症的有效手段。
