Summary
We implemented the following measures: any detained person arriving in prison must disinfect their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer (ABHS), must wear a surgical mask, must take his temperature, and must declare any clinical signs. Detainees are isolated in a cell for 14 days before joining the detention quarters. Supervisors and detainees routinely wear surgical masks during close physical contact. Walks are authorized in compliance with social distancing measures: wearing a surgical mask, respecting the distances between inmates, disinfecting the hands with ABHS.
