Abstract
Subarachnoid hemorrhage is one of the devastating cerebrovascular event. Ruptured intracranial aneurysm is the leading cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Early detection of unruptured intracranial aneurysm (UIA) may help prevent subarachnoid hemorrhage. This study aimed to identify the prevalence of asymptomatic UIA among elderly Thai population.
