Colombo* (Geosystem SRL) SUMMARY The problem of velocity model building for depth-imaging applications (i.e. Pre-Stack Depth Migration) is approached from the point of view of simultaneous Joint Inversion of multiple geophysical domains. For this purpose a general formulation of the joint inversion problem is provided which integrates geological constraints within a data-driven procedure.
