Abstract
Dielectric properties of the solid solution system (1-x)Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 −xPbZrO 3 (0 < x < 1) have been studied under hydrostatic pressures up to 0.6 GPa. For the concentration of x ≤ 0.7, the values of the dielectric maximum and the temperature of the dielectric maximum decreased with increasing pressure. For x = 0.9, phase transition from ferroelectric phase to antiferroelectric phase occurs at 0.4 GPa with increasing pressure. For x = 0.95, the dielectric maximum and the peak temperature decreased up to 0.2 GPa, and above 0.2 GPa the peak temperature increased. Pressure-temperature-concentration phase diagram in (1-x)PMN-xPZ was determined by means of dielectric properties and hysteresis loop observation.
