Abstract

Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue is widely performed to preserve fertility in cancer patients, but its efficacy has been difficult to assess because most patients do not request transplantation of the thawed tissue for over a decade. Our objective was to evaluate the long-term results of transplantation of fresh ovarian versus frozen ovarian tissue.
