Abstract

The urgency of the study is conditioned by the need for a qualitative improvement of the professional training of future teachers of physical culture. The purpose of the publication is to substantiate the need for introducing into the professional training of future teachers of physical culture organizational and pedagogical conditions. In the course of the study, it was established that the scientists expressed the position on the expediency of identifying additional factors that need to be introduced into the educational process in order to influence the formation of a health culture. The conditions should be aimed at modernizing the educational environment in which the future health professionals will form the health culture. Among the whole spectrum of conditions, organizational and pedagogical conditions were chosen which we understand as additional factors influencing the educational process. They improve methods, forms and means of vocational training, improve the nature of the relationship, have a positive impact on the process of forming the health culture of future teachers of physical culture. It was established that in practical terms, organizational and pedagogical conditions are special circumstances and factors of educational process that will provide future specialists with effective implementation of the needs for improvement of all components of the health culture. They are aimed at improving practical actions in solving pedagogical tasks for the formation of a high level of health culture in the future teachers of physical culture in the process of continuous vocational training on the basis of a systematic approach. As a result of the analysis of general scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, legislative and normative acts in the field of professional training of teachers of physical culture, provisions on optimization and increase of the efficiency of vocational education, conducted interviewing and observation, five conditions that will influence formation of a health culture are determined: 1) motivation of value attitude to the culture of health; 2) interdisciplinary integration of knowledge about the formation of a health culture; 3) enriching the practical experience of forming a culture of health through training; 4) the development of healthcare of the environment in an educational institution; 5) stimulation of reflexive activity in the context of the development of a health culture. We put forward the working hypothesis that the distinct spectrum of organizational and pedagogical conditions in its integral context will affect the formation of all components of the culture of health. Theoretical methods (bibliographic method, comparative and structural analysis, synthesis, systematization, modeling) and empirical methods of observation, interviews, surveys) were used. The maximum implementation of the complex of authorial organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process will lead to a positive result in the context of enhancement of all components of the health culture of future teachers of physical culture.
