Abstract
In the article the critical review of the categories of and mechanism, need and prerequisites of effective financial and economic mechanism of enterprise is done; factors influencing its formation are identified. The system of indicators that could serve as prerequisites for the formation of effective financial and economic mechanism for domestic enterprises is proposed. A pyramid building of effective indicators of financial and economic mechanism of enterprises in the context of its financial and economic security is proposed
