Abstract

(Acta Anaesthesiol Scand. 2023;67:36–43) E-learning is becoming more common in postgraduate continual medical education. While many studies have shown the benefits of e-learning and its effectiveness is similar to traditional teaching methods, the studies vary in quality. This study aimed to determine whether e-learning better prepares obstetric anesthesia course participants compared to written course material by assessing precourse knowledge, anxiety level, group performance, and postcourse knowledge.
