Abstract

The glass ceramics containing SrTiO3 crystals were successfully synthesized by high temperature melting crystallization. The optimum technological formula was determined by orthogonal experiment. The heat treatment system of the glass samples were determined by differential scanning calorimeter analysis (DSC). The effects of heat treatment temperature and time on crystal formation and grain size were discussed in detail. The ideal heat treatment condition is at 950°C for 3h. The microstructure and phase structure of glass ceramics were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction respectively, which indicate that SrTiO3 crystal were precipitated uniformly in the glass matrix.
