Abstract

In this work, a series of Ti3C2Tx-ZnFe2O4 composites were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, etc., were used to characterize the obtained samples. Furthermore, the acetone sensing properties of Ti3C2Tx-ZnFe2O4 composites were investigated. According to the result, the 10 wt% Ti3C2Tx-ZnFe2O4 composite had a higher response (Ra/Rg = 28.7) to 100 ppm acetone than pure ZnFe2O4 (Ra/Rg = 1.2) at room temperature. Meanwhile, the gas sensing selectivity towards acetone was improved.
