Abstract
A method of premedication and anesthesia of young children for tonsil and adenoid operations is presented. The following are its advantages: (1) elimination of preoperative fear, (2) easier induction and maintenance of anesthesia (3) earlier return of the throat reflex, and (4) absence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
