Abstract

With the development of higher education and the deepening of the construction of an innovative country, the cultivation of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial (INE) talents has become an important goal and content of higher education. Looking at the various measures introduced by colleges and universities, we tend to focus on the cultivation of College Students' entrepreneurial practical ability, while ignoring the importance of entrepreneurial quality to innovation and entrepreneurship, which leads to the low success rate of entrepreneurship due to the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship quality. Based on the above background, the purpose of this study is to construct the "Ideological and political + entrepreneurship and innovation" collaborative education mode. This paper first expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality, and emphatically analyzes the role of Ideological and political education (IPE) in the cultivation of College Students' entrepreneurial quality. Then, according to the content of College Students' entrepreneurial quality and the survey reports and related materials of College Students' employment and entrepreneurship in recent years, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current college students' entrepreneurial quality, and analyzes the reasons from four aspects of traditional culture, negative thinking, social environment, universities and college students themselves. Finally, it discusses from five aspects: renewing the concept of IPE, improving the form of IPE (IPE), expanding the channels of IPE, enriching the content of IPE, and improving the mechanism of IPE. For the improvement of IPE level of college students put forward effective strategies and suggestions.
