Abstract
In 1958, a woman who had received a renal transplant from her identical twin was delivered by cesarean section.1 Board and associates2 reported the first successful human pregnancy following transplantation of a kidney from a nontwin. The baby was delivered vaginally. In September 1966, a second such event was reported.3 The present report deals with the first successful human pregnancy following transplantation of a cadaver kidney.
