Preface

Abstract

The 2019 International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP 2019), jointly organized by Xi’an Shiyou University and China Petroleum Logging Co., Ltd, was grandly held during December 27-29, 2019, in Xi’an, China. ICMSP 2019, held in two days, was a high level and high standard academic conference. Under the full supports of the hosts, every session of the conference was successfully completed by the joint efforts of all representatives attending the conference and all staff.We are honored to invite Dr. Jie Li from University of Tsukuba, Japan, Prof. ZhenMao Chen from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Prof. Zahriladha Zakaria from Universiti Teknikal, Malaysia, Prof. Alex Noel Josephraj from College of Engineering, Shantou University, and Dr. Tuan Guo from Jinan University as the keynote speakers to professionalize this conference. The spotlights of the conference lie on the great progress in the fields of Measurement and Control Technology and Intelligent Instruments, Photoelectric Detection and Measurement Technology, Intelligent Control and Automation, Signal and Information Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Robots and other interdisciplinary areas. This conference aims to encourage more young academic researchers to share their new ideas, thoughts and research results, enhance academic research and exploration, and promote the transmission of academic results.At last, ICMSP 2019 would like to thank all guests and speakers for sharing their wonderful talks and all participants coming from distant places without complaints for attending this conference in Xi’an.
