Abstract
2021 4th International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Optimization Technologies and Applications (MSOTA2021) was held in virtual form via Tencent Meeting on December 18, 2021 due to current epidemic development and prevention and control policies. This virtual meeting aims to provide an academic sharing and exchanging platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Modeling, Simulation and Optimization Technologies and Applications.
