Abstract
On behalf of the Technical Program Committee (TPC), it is my great pleasure to welcome you all to participate in the 5th International Conference on Engineering, Applied Sciences and Technology (ICEAST 2019). This year we have received 270 papers from various countries. After the rigorous reviews process, only 152 papers have been accepted with the acceptance rate of 56.3%. ICEAST 2019 will provide a technical program consisting of 3 keynote sessions, 2 poster presentation sessions, and 23 oral presentation sessions. All presented papers in track 1-3 will be published in the IOP conference series and all presented papers in track 4-5 will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.I would like to sincerely appreciate great contribution and success of all organizing committee members and our staff as well as numerous reviewers for their volunteering reviews and their great contribution in shaping the technical program. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all authors who kindly submitted their paper to ICEAST 2019.I hope that all of you will enjoy in ICEAST 2019 as well as the beautiful scenery of Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.Asst.
