Preface

Abstract

The previous 1st International Conference on Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology (ECNCT 2019) was successfully taken place on November 15-17, 2019 in Shenzhen, China. More than 10 scientists and experts from overseas gave frontiers speech and 130 scholars participated in ECNCT 2019. All accepted papers were published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (ISSN:1742-6588) and were submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.The 2020 2nd International Conference on Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology (ECNCT 2020) was successfully held in Chengdu, China during October 23-25, 2020. ECNCT 2020 provided an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology. Original papers are invited on Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology, Computer Networks, Wireless networks and mobile computing. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the related areas.The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. There were over 130 experts and scholars in the area of Electronics and Communication, Network and Computer Technology representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to form our committee.List of Conference Chair, Academic Committees Chairman, Organizing Committees and International Technical Program Committees are available in this pdf.
