Preface

Abstract

The 2019 International Conference on Optoelectronic Science and Materials (ICOSM2019), co-sponsored by the Key Laboratory of Infrared and Low Temperature Plasma in Anhui Province and Guangdong Academy of International Academic Exchange, was held on September 20-22, 2019 in Hefei, China. As an International Symposium on optoelectronics and electronic engineering, the conference aims to provide a communication platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technicians from home and abroad, which covers broad research fields of “Optoelectronic Technology Application”, “Photovoltaic Science Material”, “Photoelectric Signal Processing”, “Low Temperature Plasma Technology and Application”, and “Laser Technology and Application”. The symposium is therefore expected to spread frontier technologies in these fields, broaden the research ideas, strengthen the academic research and discussion, as well as promote the industrialization of academic achievements.We were very honored to have Prof. Yongshun Ling representing Chinese Academy of Science as honorary chairman, and Prof. Yihua Hu from National University of Defense Technology, as well as Prof. Pei Wang from University of Science and Technology of China as other two chairmen. It’s wonderful to invite four outstanding keynote speakers with a variety expertise as follows: 1) Prof. Chongwen Zhou from University of Science and Technology of China; 2) Prof. Ming Li from Substance research institute, China; 3) Prof. Yujun Zhang from Electronic Engineering Institute of PLA, China and State Key Laboratory of Pulsed Power Laser Technology; 4) Prof. Liang Li from Anhui University, China.We are pleased to introduce the Proceedings of ICOSM2019 which contain a selection of papers from contributed presentation in the conference. The Proceedings features recent result and contemporary research in following topics: 1) Infrared technology and infrared information processing; 2) Optical information processing technology and application; 3) Photoelectric functional materials and devices; 4) Plasma technology; 5) Laser technology and applications.
