Preface

Abstract

It gives me a great pleasure to invite you to the 9th International Conference on Mechatronics and Control Engineering (ICMCE 2020) during July 22-24, 2020 in full virtual mode on ZOOM.The safety and well-being of participants is always of paramount importance. This year, considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the severe travel restrictions worldwide, after careful consideration and following some participants’ advices, the organizing committees decided to convert ICMCE 2020 into a fully virtual conference. It has been a very difficult decision, but it has also given to all of us an opportunity to innovate and to test a new style of conference in a safer and convenient way in this special period. I hope ICMCE 2020 can provide an online platform for every participant to communicate and to share ideas.Special thanks are extended to our colleagues in the program committee for their thorough review of all the submissions, which is vital to the success of the conference, and also to the members of the organizing committee and to the volunteers who had dedicated their time and efforts in planning, promoting, organizing and helping the conference.I hope this success can develop into persistent success in future years, involving attendees and speakers from all corners of the globe and all countries.
