It is highly delighted to introduce the 2021 4th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2021), which held on July 30-August 1, 2021 in Lanzhou, China. CISAT 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of computer information science and application technology to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in computer information science and application technology and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in computer information science and application technology and related areas.About 180 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. We were very honored to three professors as our Conference Chairs.In the keynote presentation part, we invited eight professors as our keynote speakers. The first keynote speaker, Prof. Anhui Liang, from Shandong University of Science and Technology, China. He performed a speech: Biological Optical AI on the Retinas of Human and Vertebrates, Biological Optical Fiber Couplers and Biological Transistors. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Tao Zhang, from China Aerospace Science and Industry Coparation Limited. He presented an insightful speech: Intelligent Applications of Loan Risk Control Based on Financial Big Data Technology. Prof. Jeng-Shyang Pan, from Shandong University of Science and Technology, China. He delivered a wonderful speech: Overview of Swarm Intelligence Algorithm. Prof. Yuanchang Zhong, from Chongqing University, China, performed a speech: An Vehicle-mounted Tank Valve Monitoring System Based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite Tracking. Prof. Mingfu Zhao, from Chongqing University of Technology, China. He presented a talk: Intelligent optical fiber sensing technology and application. Prof. Wei William LEE, from Zhejiang University of Technology, China, performed a speech: Application of Blockchain in Financial Services. Dr. Zhixiang Liu, from Shenzhen Association of IC Industry. He presented an insightful speech: Overview of IC Industry. Our finale keynote speaker, Prof. Nianbing Zhong, from Chongqing University of Technology, China. He delivered a speech: Intelligent fiber optic sensing technologies for monitoring biofilm growth.The proceedings present a selection of high-quality papers submitted to the conference by researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry. All papers were subjected to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. The papers were selected based on their quality and their relevance to the conference. The objective of the present research talk is to introduce audience about the data fusion and human body odor and to demonstrate research results related to search for an optimal subset of VOCs in body odor, which can produce differentiation in an individual by using the combination of analytical methods and chemometric analysis. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Chunbo Xiu, from Tiangong University, China. He shared a speech on his specialty related to Memristive Cellular Neural Network & Its Dynamic Characteristic Analysis. He demonstrated that chaotic memristive CNN system can be used in the secure communication by the chaos synchronization based on sliding mode control. Assoc. Prof. Pavel Loskot, from Zhejiang University-University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Institute (ZJUI), our third keynote speakers. He presented a speech: Monte Carlo Simulations Revisited. Their insightful speeches made every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful knowledge.We were glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. Her method has been applied to the project of Xuji Group Co., Ltd. in Australia, and the operation results show that the method has good effect on power quality improvement. The third keynote speakers, Assoc. Prof. GHAMGEEN IZAT RASHED, from Wuhan University-School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, China. His special research of interest in AI and its application to the power system, FACTS devices specially TCSC and its control. Prof. Long Li, School of Electronic Engineering, IEEE Senior Member. His main research directions include electromagnetic metamaterials and metasurfaces, new antennas and microwave circuits, electromagnetic compatibility, wireless power transfer and energy harvesting, and so on. Prof. Ke Jin, from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautic. His main research includes power electronic topology and control, power electronic system integration, wireless power transmission, etc. Prof. YinQuan Yu, from East China Jiaotong University. His research activities are design and analysis Smart Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Machine Health Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, Mechatronics and Robotics, Shock Absorption and Noise Reduction of High-speed and Highprecision Equipment, Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining. The finale keynote speaker, Prof. Long Xiao, from Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory at China Ship Development and Design Center. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. We are glad to introduce you that the 2020 2nd Global Conference on Ecological Environment and Civil Engineering (GCEECE 2020) was carried out in the form of virtual conference on August 8, 2020. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and travel restrictions, GCEECE 2020 was held via online collaboration tool, Zoom, which is different from the traditional way. GCEECE 2020 aimed to provide a flexible platform for experts and scholars in the field of computer engineering and intelligent communications to disseminate the latest research achievements and advanced technologies, as well as to promote the cooperation between each other.Firstly, we were honored to invite Prof. Xueying Liu, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power as conference chair and keynote speaker. Prof.Liu is the state Council government special allowance expert, President (concurrently) of Shuanglin Provincial Research Institute of Environmental Engineering. His research direction is green construction and safety protection, environmental ecological restoration. During the conference, the conference model was divided into four sessions, including keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion.In the keynote speeches session, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-40 minutes to hold their speeches. We were pleased to invite Prof. Tianpeng Gao, Xi’an University as invited speaker to made a speech about Removal of Heavy Metals and Petroleum Pollution by Plant, Microorganisms and Ecological Remediation Technology in Mining Areas. In the oral presentation’s session, some scholars were given about 10-15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. There were five scholars to present their speech on the topic of environmental protection, agricultural ecology, etc. In the Q&A session, all participants were invited to join in academic groups to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. The discussion session will last 40 minutes.The proceedings collected the latest research and results in the field of ecological environment and civil engineering. The topic of this collection is related to ecological environment protection, pollution prevention, soil protection, hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and so on. The last keynote speakers, Prof. Xinhua Tang, from Southeast University, Nanjing, China. He presented an insightful speech: Information fusion technologies inside GNSS-related navigation system. The speech mainly introduced the relevant research progress at home and abroad, the organization mode and market mechanism of power demand side resources participating in the grid interaction. Then in the second and three part, keynote speakers and invited speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. Finally, in the Q&A part, all participants were invited to join in academic groups to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. He delivered a speech on Hydro-upgrading of algal biocrude in tetralin for the production of high-quality liquid fuel: process intensification. The goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. An ideal platform for seeking global partners had been established.We are greatly honored to have invited Prof. Marco Di Ludovico from University of Naples Federico II, Italy to serve as our Conference Chair. Lastly, we were glad to invite Assoc. Prof. Cangsu Xu from Zhejiang University, China as our conference keynote speakers to presented his insightful speeches on Investigating the explosion of ethyl acetate in the presence of hydrogen. In the last part of the conference, all participants were invited to join in a WeChat group to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. The online discussion was lasted for about 30-60 minutes. The first two parts were conducted via online collaboration tool, Zoom, while the online discussion was carried out through instant communication tool, WeChat. The online platform enabled all participants to join this grand academic event from their own home.We are glad to share with you that we still received lots of submissions from the conference during this special period. The 6th International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2022) was successfully held on October 28th-30th, 2022 in Xi’an China (virtual conference). Moreover, Prof. Yanjiao Chen from Zhejiang University, China made a report on Blackbox Enrollment-Phase Attacks on Smart Speaker Recognition Systems. In this presentation, we explored a new attack surface of SRSs by presenting an enrollment-phase attack paradigm, designed carefully continuous adversarial perturbations into innocent-sounding ambient sound, and optimized over adversarial segments with content desensitization and physical realization, reveals the vulnerability of SRSs during the enrollment phase, which may spur future research in improving the security of SRSs. Their dramatic speeches had triggered heated discussion. Her research passions are focused on fire engineering, gas and dust explosion, and fire and explosion modelling.
