Abstract

This proceeding consisted of peer-review papers from the Second International Seminar on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ISCEE) 2021, which was organized by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, in collaboration with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Ehime University, Department of Civil Engineering Halu Oleo University, Department of Civil Engineering Hasanuddin University, Department of Civil Engineering Udayana University, and Department of Civil Engineering Padang State University on September 6th – 8th, 2021. This conference expressed our concern for establishing and developing aspects related to sustainable infrastructure and environmental development.
