Abstract

The 2020 5th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2020) was successfully held on March 20-22, 2020. In order to comply with the control and prevention of the epidemic COVID-19, ICSP 2020 was adjusted to be held via online platform to avoid gathering and physical contact. Despite the influence of the epidemic, ICSP 2020 provides a flexible platform for the experts, scholars and practitioners in the field of intelligent computing and signal processing to exchange new ideas and present the state-of-the-art research. This conference also promotes the establishing of business or research relations among global partners for future collaboration. We hope that this conference could make significant contribution to the update of knowledge about these latest scientific field.In this conference, we were honored to have over 100 experts and scholars in the area of Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to form our organizing committee and technology program committee. During the conference, we were pleased to invite three distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Assoc. Prof. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi, from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China, held a speech on Plume Tracking ROBOTS Missions and Obstacles in Robotic World. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nada M. Al Hakkak, representing Baghdad College of Economic Sciences University, IRAQ, talked about Resource Allocation in Computer Simulation. And Prof. Hsiang-Chen Hsu, from Department of Industrial Management, I-Shou university, shared a speech on his specialty related to Reliability Analysis for IC Package.List of Committee member, Organizing Committee, Technology Program Committee are available in this pdf.
