Preface

Abstract

The International Conference High-tech and Innovations in Research and Manufacturing (HIRM-2019) took place in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, on May 6, 2019. The conference was organized by AeroSpace school (Krasnoyarsk, Russia) and IT Lab (Krasnoyarsk, Russia). HIRM 2019 aimed to develop the scientific cooperation between Russian and international researchers in the field of information technologies and technical sciences.HIRM 2019 provided an interdisciplinary forum for scientists and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations. The researchers from Russia as well as Egypt and Vietnam submitted their papers on the issues of electronics and mechatronics, industrial automation and robotics, electromechanics and telecommunications, material science, data and signal processing. Many successful attempts to create smart solutions for enterprises and business engineering were made. HIRM 2019 became a platform to discuss both theoretical research and its applications.To make a success of HIRM 2019, we do our utmost to call for experts and scientists to support and help us complete the process of papers reviewing. After reviewing, more than 140 papers were selected for publication in the HIRM 2019 proceedings. We hope that this volume will deliver to the readers an overview of the latest research results in the area of innovations and smart solutions in the whole range of academic fields.It was a great honor for us to work with all the participants of HIRM 2019, including the organizing committee members, the authors and reviewers. We express our gratitude to the editors for their thoughtful work and invaluable contribution to preparing the HIRM 2019 proceedings.
