Abstract
As we all know, COVID-19 has spread rapidly around the world since 2020. Affected by this pandemic, Japanese government enacts strict immigration policy to stop the spread of infection. In order to meet global anti-epidemic policy and make sure the papers can be published normally, Tokai University, Japan as conference organiser to announce the final decision that holding The 2nd. International Conference on Advanced Electrical and Energy Systems (AEES 2021) online during June 18-20, 2021 in place of on-site interactive form in Tokyo, Japan.Our conference has attracted various participants from renowned universities or corporations in Canada, Japan, China, Italy, UAE, Indonesia, Slovakia, Egypt, Vietnam, Colombia, Morocco, South Africa, Serbia.
