Abstract

The International Scientific Conference on Electronic Devices and Control Systems (EDCS-2019) was held at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, Tomsk Russia, on November 20–22, 2019, bringing together representatives of some of the best high-tech universities, institutions, and companies.
