Preface: Energy Security and Chemical Engineering Congress 2019 (ESChE2019)

Abstract

Energy Security and Chemical Engineering Congress (ESChE 2019) is a biennial conference organized by the Centre of Excellence for Advanced Research in Fluid Flow (CARiFF), Universiti Malaysia Pahang in partnership with our regional peers, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Thailand, Nguyen Tat Thanh University Vietnam and University of Madras India. The conference brings together energy and chemical engineering scientists from around the world to share their findings and ideas in the area of sustainable energy development. ESChE technical committee received over 400 submissions from Malaysia, Khazakhstan, Iraq, Indonesia, India, Australia, Qatar, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and Vietnam for consideration of inclusion in the conference proceeding. ESChE 2019 focuses on the opportunities offered by the sustainable development related to materials, chemical and energy to meet the growing demands of the developing countries without compromising the environment. Energy security experts, material scientists and chemical engineers from all over the world gathered in Penang, Malaysia to discuss the new scientific research and development on energy and chemical engineering fields.
