All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. The referees argued detailed their reviews and provided an overall evaluation (strong accept, accept, weak accept, borderline paper, weak reject, reject, strong reject), specifying their confidence (expert, high, medium, low, none) regarding qualifications to review the allocated paper.
