Abstract

The article names the “giants” who contributed to the science of Soviet criminal law on only one problem the problem of qualification of crimes, their brief biographic data, main works are given, and it is concluded that the Soviet school of criminal law, although it was not formalized in Soviet times, as it is done now, but, nevertheless, de facto it was a real scientific school of criminal law and the works written by representatives of this school are still in demand.
