Abstract

AbstractSeveral of our case studies of nurses who provide home care services in the Quebec public sector have brought to light the numerous effects of precarious work on the occupational health of this group of workers. With regard to work organisation, it would seem that a large proportion of precarious nurses changed the task distribution and workload, which in turn had a negative impact on the work conditions and occupational health of permanent nurses.
