Abstract

Time constrain is one of the most critical aspects of the real time system. This applies to Vehicular Cloud Networks (VCN). One of the most promising feature of VCN is to form the Vehicular Cloud (VC) and to share the resources (CPU, RAM etc). In this position paper, we propose an preemptive algorithm based resource sharing controller for VCN. The scheduler will ensure the low priority task will be interpreted by the high priority task. In VCN environment certain tasks are high priority one and many tasks which are considered to be low priority, the scheduler ensures that these high priority gets sufficient resource and preempts the low priority tasks. During the peak hours (more loads on the server) to make sure the resources are available, resource sharing is devised between clouds. The proposed scheduling model provides the better service in VCN environment.
