AbstractChemicals (MIC: 11.1 SIC: 813 NAIC: 25120)Praxair is a major supplier of industrial gases in North and South America, Asia and Europe. Co.'s primary products are atmospheric gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and rare gases) and process gases (carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, electronic gases, specialty gasses and acetylene). Co. also designs, engineers, and builds equipment that produces industrial gases for internal use and external sales. Co.'s surface technology segment, operated through Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., supplies wear‐resistant and high‐temperature corrosion‐resistant metallic and ceramic coatings and powders.
