Abstract
AbstractChemicals (MIC: 11.1 SIC: 2813 NAIC:325120)Praxair is one of the largest global suppliers of industrial gases, particularly in North and South America, and has a growing business in Asia and southern Europe. Co.'s primary products are atmospheric gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and rare gases) and process gases (carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, electronics gases, and acetylene). Co. also designs, engineers, and builds equipment that produces industrial gases for internal use and external sales. Co.'s surface technology segment supplies wear‐resistant and high‐temperature corrosion‐resistant metallic and ceramic coatings and powders. Co. serves approximately 25 diverse industries.
